Lean into Personal Growth
Individual therapy may consist of a series of individual sessions lasting 50 minutes, typically occurring once a week. Length of treatment is individualized based on treatment goals and client needs.

Education & Connection

ACT Consultation: Behavioral health therapists can receive compassionate private consultation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Individuals can receive individualized support to improve skills and delivery of ACT.

Introductory ACT Training: Behavioral health therapists can receive introductory training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Trainings feature a blend of didactic and experiential elements, and are available for individuals or groups.

Parenting Education: These parenting education courses and content by G Parenting may be useful in supporting you with your child and a wonderful complement to individual therapy.
Fees & Insurance
My current rate for individual services is $160/50-minute session.
Sliding Scale - I offer a limited number of discounted fee appointments each week for individuals with a demonstrated need – please contact me to see if you may be eligible for a discounted fee.
Insurance - I do not work directly with insurance companies or Medicaid at this time. Many insurance plans offer at least partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, and I’m happy to provide you with a receipt or “Superbill” that you can submit to your carrier. Given how varied policies are, I recommend that you check with your insurance company to determine the extent of your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Payment Methods - I accept cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA), and credit/debit cards as forms of payment. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
Missed sessions are charged the full session fee.
